Floors, Walls, & Ceilings
-All floors in all rooms will be vacuumed, swept, and mopped
-Window interior, sills, tracks, shutters/blinds cleaned
-Cobwebs removed from corners and anywhere else
-Closet shelves wiped
-Baseboards wiped
-Light switches, thermostats cleaned and sanitized.
-Doors and doorframes wiped clean along with doorknobs being cleaned and sanitized
-Light fixtures, vent frames, other miscellaneous items cleaned
Bathrooms
-Bath tubs, showers and shower door scrubbed and sanitized
-Mirrors wiped and sanitized
-Toilets and area are scrubbed and disinfected
-Vanities and sink cleaned and sanitized
-Faucets and fixtures cleaned and shined
-Linen closet shelves, cabinets and cabinet interior wiped clean
Kitchen & Laundry
-Sinks and counters cleaned and sanitized
-Backsplash and range hood cleaned
-Microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator cleaned inside and out
-Stovetop wiped and cleaned
-Cabinets, pantry wiped and cleaned

Residential Upkeep
A clean house is a happy house! This can be done weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Post Construction
The construction process can make a mess and that's why we are here to help!
Air vents
Thoroughly wiped clean
Appliances
Will be wiped inside and out
Baseboard/molding and floors
Will be wiped and dusted off, vacuumed, swept and mopped
Bathrooms
Toilets, tubs/showers, counters, mirrors, and chrome fixtures all cleaned and shined
Cabinetry
All cabinets cleaned inside out removing all dust and other small debris, leaving no surprises
Ceiling fixtures (including acoustic tiles and grids)
Will be thoroughly dusted and wiped down
Grout removal
Showers, floors and anywhere else there maybe be unwanted grout
Windows
All interior side of the windows, window sills, tracks, shutters will be cleaned. Due to our insurance coverage, we do not clean the exterior side of windows
